There are two tiers of services Shana offers. With small-budget projects, you can book her videographer rate, which means Shana will do everything herself. On larger projects, Shana selects her team based on the project's requirements. All collaborators are credited professionals in the film industry. Regardless of budget, Shana develops your original concept and leads you through the same pre-production process to ensure the video meets the brief.

How long should my film be?

The length of your film depends on your needs, the type of video, the concept, the number of locations, and your budget. Shana aims to create an inspiring, cost-effective brand film that fulfills your needs.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept e-transfers, bank drafts and credit cards through Stripe. A 3.3% fee will be added to your total for credit card payments.

What is your rescheduling policy?

We'll discuss rescheduling shoot dates before starting the project.

How long will we be filming?

Films generally take between 2 hours to 2 days to shoot depending on your concept. Time varies from client to client.

What if I'm not comfortable on camera?

You don’t need to be directly on camera to tell your story. Shana can discuss ideas with you on a free call.

What is your policy on refunds?

Shana aims to provide exceptional customer experience with clear communication to guarantee satisfaction. She does not provide refunds but values feedback and works diligently to meet your needs. Everything you need to know is laid out in a contract before working together.
